As a virtual assistant, I can help you with maintaining appointments/calendar, managing and organizing your email, preparing your presentations and/or spreadsheets, managing your social media, research technologies, suppliers, prospect leads and make recommendations, CRM administration: updates and data entry and other tasks that meet my skills and abilities. In addition, I am also capable in creating graphic designs using editing software. Lastly, I can also do other tasks that I am also capable of like photography, if given a task with such.

I am also willing to learn more about the field that I am into and as a matter of fact and as a part of continuing education, I finished the six-week long training provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology. I can say that I am knowledgeable enough about this field equipped with my customer assistance experiences from my previous jobs.
